Black and white 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w photo of Cat Creek house at Sandgate, part of De La Brooke Manor. This view is of the Flemish bond brick gable end with its massive outside end double chimneys with first floor pent and the front? of the house. The cap is gone on the right chimney stack. A third small chimney pierces the roof somewhat below the roof peak at the opposite end of the house. There is a two over two window on the outside edge of the chimney stack near the eaves. Another window on the first floor is barely visible on the far side of the chimney stack. On the first floor of the front is one six over six double hung window, a door with four lights in its top half, another window and another door. This side of the house is clapboard and looks fairly rough. A shed roof porch is visible on the other side of the house. It is supported on brick piers and is open below.
