Black and white 4 1/4"h x 2 5/8"w photo of the Cedar Point Methodist Episcopal Church. This is a gable roof building with a lower entry addition on the front, also gable roofed. The square bell tower rises from the roof of this small addition. Each gable end has a stately cornice return and heavy moldings. The entry door is in the gable end of the addition: a double door in a rounded arch opening and a fan light above the doors. There is a small narrow two light window in the roof peak. The details of the tower are somewhat obscured by trees, but it appears to have a square opening in each face and a pyramid roof above the bell space with a cross on the peak. There are contrasting bands of molding in a few places on this tower. The corners of the entry and the main building are wrapped in contrasting wood. There are three windows on the long side of the building, each with a small pediment above. There is some sort of small outbuilding on the back right corner of the church. An adult male is walking across the front of the building.
