Cemetery at The Plains 2Entry/Object ID
2014.009.0244Description
4"h x 6"w color photo of the cemetery at The Plains. The original house and land were turned into the Golden Beach development, but a preservation group fenced in the cemetery. This photo shows the brick wall and its wrought iron gate. A plaque on a raised brick support is next to a tree inside the cemetery. A few tablet graves can be seen. There was a high wooden fence on the other side of the space over which one could see unattractive 20th century housing. There are massive trees in the cemetery.
