5" h x 7" w black and white photo of part of the ceremony dedicating St. Mary's County airport. Two rows of folding chairs were set up on a mowed space in the grass. Not all the chairs were full, but there were several dozen people standing gazing intently ahead, probably at the master of ceremonies. Judging by the clothing, it was a warm day. On the right edge of the photo was a person in a dark uniform holding a sword. It may be that Buck Briscoe was standing left of center in a white shirt and tie and a hat.
