This document was presented to Mr. Fenwick by Meredith Capper. The documents were found in an old house on Capper land. The house has since been torn down. Mr. Fenwick's note says Amanda Floyd Dunbar later married David Tyler, so perhaps the Dunbars were associated with this land and house.
This is an extract from the codicil to the last will and testament of Robert Scott. The probate of the will was December 11, 1733. The extract was done by Jeremiah Jordan, register of wills. Scott had a contract with James Warwick for certain lands and Scott devised the land to Warwick as long as Warwick fulfilled his part of the contract. A person with the last name of Reeder paid 22 1/2 cents for the copy.Collection
