Scope and Content

2 pages ; 9 1/8"h x 8"w This letter was presented to Mr. Fenwick by Meredith Capper. The documents were found in an old house on Capper land. The house has since been torn down. Mr. Fenwick's note says Amanda Floyd Dunbar later married David Tyler, so perhaps the Dunbars were associated with this land and house. This letter is from Francis J. Stone, a student a Georgetown College, to his aunt, Ann F. Smith of St. Clement's Bay. Mr. Stone is a typical student, moaning about his professors. He does not ask for money, however.
