Enoch Bryan purchased two parcels from John Llewellen Briscoe for $250. One was part of Hayden's Clever Discovery and the other was part of Mattingly's Hope. These seem to be the same parcels as 1995.001.1497. There must be an explanation. The transaction was recorded in Liber JH No.3, folio 720 & 721.
