2 pieces ; 15 3/8"h x 10 1/8" w and 13 1/2"h x 16 1/2"w The plat was folded into seven panels and the Explanation document was folded in half vertically and then into four panels. When the fractious Cornelius Manning and his wife, Jane Smith, died, they divided their property between their two daughters, Monica Fenwick and Frances Hill. This survey attempted to divide the property equally. The survey was done by Enoch J. Millard and the selection of land was made by the parties in the presence of arbitrators James Williams, William Conley, and Joseph Gough. The plat is nicely drawn in ink with pencil notes and illustrations. There is a photocopy and an attempt at a transcription in the folder.
