This document was folded in half vertically and then folded again to end up in four panels.
This boundary survey was written by Augustus Spalding for Jesse Locke, surveyor. Henry Hill requested a survey of Nun's Oak, a property of 130 acres on Breton Bay. There is a nicely drawn plat, an outline of the property drawn in ink with pencil notes and a blue wavy line for water, a list of metes and bounds on the left and a written version of the courses in the lower half of the document. There is a photocopy and an attempt at a transcription in the folder.Collection
