John Bailey sold a parcel of land called Fibnee that contained about one hundred acres to Peter Smith for 5,000 pounds of tobacco. The land was on Breton Bay bounded on two sides by the land of Edward Clarke. This piece is an extract prepared at an unknown time by James Kilgour & Co. There is a photocopy of the document and an attempt at a transcription in the folder also.
