Scope and Content

1 piece ; 13 1/4"h x 16 5/8" w At the County Court held on March 7, 1796, the history of the case of William Greenwell and Monica his wife against Cornelius Manning was reviewed and the Court assessed damages. The Sheriff was directed to place an appropriate amount of land into the possession of the Greenwells and to determine the value of the land during the time the Greenwells should have owned it but could not. That value would also be assessed as damages. A photocopy and an attempt at a transcription is included in the folder.
