The pages were folded once vertically and then into four panels. The paper is light green. All the folded edges have browned a little, showing off the panels.
This document is on good paper and nicely written. All the "pages" of the document are numbered 1 to 5. Mrs. Hill, on behalf of her daughter, Symphorosa, sold the part of Nun's Oak that Henry Hill had purchased from Bernard Medley to Cornelius Manning [the younger, we must assume] for 783 pounds. Frances Hill had been given permission in Henry Hill's will to sell the land if she thought fit. Near the end of the document, Mrs. Hill promises to do what she can to help quiet the title if that is required. There is a photocopy and an attempt at a transcription included in the folder.
