In an incomplete document, Susannah Thompson bound herself to pay Robert Manning five hundred pounds sterling. Susannah was trying to recover Nun's Oak and another property that is illegible and if she could do that, and give a fee simple title to Robert Manning for half of whatever property she recovered, she would not owe the five hundred pounds. Jeremiah Milburn witnessed the transaction. A photocopy of the fragments and an attempt at a transcription is included in the folder.
