1 page ; 13"h x 8" w This document was folded in half horizontally twice to be four panels. The document lists, and sometimes abstracts, several land transactions in and around Radnor. Deed from John Shircliffe to James Boyd dated March 4, 1723/4 for land adjacent to Nun's Oak Deed from James Boyd to William Cummings dated June 11, 1726 for the same land Deed from William Cummings to Cornelius Manning dated February 22, 1733 for the same land A paragraph explains about the resurvey of 1735 which resulted in a patent for Broad Neck, but it only contained 83 acres Upside down on the bottom of the leaf is a December 20, 1805 statement for notarizing that is incomplete VERSO: A confusing paragraph about land held by John Dansey that was believed to be 450 acres, but upon resurvey in 1713 was only 331 acres. Another paragraph said John Dansey, in a will dated September 10, 1716, left his brother, Robert Dansey, the plantation now called Radnor. Enoch Millard copied the information from originals in Cornelius Manning's possession on December 4, 1805. A photocopy and an attempt at transcription are also in the folder.
