Carbery, aged 86, Elizabeth Hayden, aged 63, Ignatius Jarboe, aged 47, George Greenwell, aged 36, Francis Greenwell, aged 51, Thomas Payne, aged 61, Mrs. Jenkins, aged 60 were all deposed about the progression of ownership of Broad Neck. Some depositions were made at the request of Jane Manning. A photocopy of the document and an attempt at a transcription are included in the folder.
