Scope and Content

1 piece ; 15 15/16"h x 10 3/8"w This photostat is of Liber 14, folio 207. Robert Brooke was the father of Robert Brooke, Elizabeth Fenwick and Charles Brooke. His wife was Grace Brooke, who was declared executrix of the will and provided with the traditional widow's third. Land was provided to each legatee and a plot of two hundred acres was to be sold to pay debts. The witnesses came before the Commissioner on April 10, 1716. An attempt at a transcription is included with the piece.
