Mr. Fenwick gathered the laws and other material about the jail in Leonardtown and when its management passed to the Historical Society as the Tourist Office, Mr. Fenwick wrote pamphlets about the history of the building. Includes an undated letter from Robert Burgess about what paint to use on cannons.
