The folder contains an article about the Association by Mr. Fenwick, based on notes of his uncle, Dr. Francis Floyd Greenwell. There are 3 letters written by Dr. Greenwell in 1934 and an invitation to a November, 1992 dinner dance to benefit the hospital. There is also a photographic copy of the form letter sent out by the Ladies' Auxiliary of the hospital planning for a fund-raising campaign in 1916, including the 1914-1916 financial statement.
