Mr. Fenwick was asked by John Hanson Briscoe to comment on the choice of Roger Brooke Taney as the name attached to the new Solomons Bridge. The folder contains a biography of Judge Taney and reproductions of the law passed to place a marker on his grave, but no comments by Mr. Fenwick on Judge Taney's fitness for this high honor.
