Enoch Bryan had Joseph Dunbar survey a tract of land in 1816. This document shows the drawing of the property and lists the courses. A total of 53 3/4 acres is shown. The panel on the verso says, "Mr. Enoch Bryan's Plott 53 3/4 acres land sold Wilfred Thompson called Hayden's Discovery but 6 acres of Clarken is included."
