1 page ; 12 3/4"h x 7 7/8"w This is one of 25 individual pieces found in the courthouse trash by G. Frank Wathen and given by him to J. Allan Coad, who subsequently gave them to Mr. Fenwick. The archivist found the documents folded and bundled together at the bottom of a carton that was part of Mr. Fenwick's collection; some of the pieces are so frail, it is a miracle they survived. This order directs the sheriff and surveyor, who may be one and the same, to resurvey the properties under dispute. He was to lay out the plot with one style of lines for the plaintiff and another style of line for the defendants so the court could examine the discrepancies.
