1 sheet ; 5 15/16"h x 7 7/8"w This is one of 25 individual pieces found in the courthouse trash by G. Frank Wathen and given by him to J. Allan Coad, who subsequently gave them to Mr. Fenwick. The archivist found the documents folded and bundled together at the bottom of a carton that was part of Mr. Fenwick's collection; some of the pieces are so frail, it is a miracle they survived. This is a FI. Fa after Superdeas form, printed and sold by J. Robinson, No. 11 South Street--Baltimore. James R. Alvey, as constable, is directed to attach property to pay a $75.00 judgment against Mary Julian Fowler and Geo. H. Morgan as her trustee. Stephen Neale was to receive his money by October 15, 1861. On the verso of the form is an accounting of the original debt and the several additional fees that have accrued, totalling $98.11. Mr. Alvey received $101.05 from Geo. H. Morgan on September 22, 1863, considered the case closed and filed his report the same day.
