1 page ; 10"h x 15 3/4"w This is one of 25 individual pieces found in the courthouse trash by G. Frank Wathen and given by him to J. Allan Coad, who subsequently gave them to Mr. Fenwick. The archivist found the documents folded and bundled together at the bottom of a carton that was part of Mr. Fenwick's collection; some of the pieces are so frail, it is a miracle they survived. This table of courses is for the plaintiff and the list of expenses for its preparation, prepared at the direction of the court. Nine days of work were submitted for a payment of $28.50. Testimony from some depositions were incorporated into the table.
