Description

8"h x 10"w sepia tone photo of Charlotte Hall cadets. The cadets were in 3 rows, some seated on the ground with legs crossed, some seated on chairs, and some standing. There is no information about the group and many faces are obscured by embedded grime and old mold. The uniforms are those worn before World War I. It may have been spring time since all the young men wore white trousers. The group was in front of a light colored building with a small, flat-roofed dark porch. One six over six narrow window was on each side of the porch. There was an entry door with a transom window on the porch, but the photo is too dark to see details. ********************************** Text on verso: none
