Description

One 8"h x 10"w black and white photo of Charlotte Hall Military Academy students at the Tomb of the Unknown soldier in Arlington. The young men were standing at attention on the right while the military guard, rifle and bayonet on his shoulder, marched smartly toward them. The soldier wore puttees, which suggests this was taken sometime before WWII, by which time puttees were no longer regulation. ********************************** Text on verso: none
