This is a sepia tone photograph of Claude Lloyd. Mr. Fenwick identified him as born in the county, although he made his living as a fertilizer salesman in Baltimore. Mr. Lloyd attended every first Tuesday of March court for more than fifty years. The photo shows Mr. Lloyd from the waist up in a heavy coat over a suit. He is bareheaded and squinting into the distance. He is standing in front of a door with a glass window and a shield in the center that says "Detective."
