December 17, 1937 Copy of a clipping from the Daily Record of Baltimore about the presentation of a photograph of a portrait of Thomas Harris, Jr., clerk of what became the Court of Appeals of Maryland. Mr. Harris' brother Joseph was clerk of the Circuit Court in St. Mary's County. Thomas Harris compiled form books and edited the early Maryland Reports. The portrait that was photographed was by Charles Wilson Peale.
