1 folder ; 14 3/4"w x 9 7/8"h Mr. Jones was an attorney who worked in Pennsylvania but had roots in Southern Maryland and had graduated from Charlotte Hall School. Mr. Beitzell had asked Mr. Jones for years to work up an article about the Patuxent River and this is the manuscript, together with the letter submitting it to Beitzell. Introductory note for the Chronicles written by Beitzell for the Volume 16, no. 7 issue of July 1968; the article was continued in the September issue, no. 9 Letter of March 25, 1968 from Mr. Jones to Mr. Beitzell sending the article. Mr. Beitzell edited the letter for publication with the article.
