1 folder ; 9 5/8" x 11 3/4" No date Update from the leader of the Society. The sheet is not complete; there was a return-with-your-donation piece on the bottom. Col. Lawrence L. Cobb said the church had been painted, stencils restored, new roof on the building, statues refurbished, cemetery cleaned and the fence painted. Plans were afoot to replace floor girders and improve the cemetery. The Maryland Garden Tour had come to the building that year. September 19, 1953 Two versions of a letter from Coad to John S. Bean outlining the agreement for Bean to do the work to clean up the cemetery and Coad would pay $1,000. Painting the fence would be extra and he would pay when it was finished. Coad also asked for repairs in the Coad burial lot at the church. September 30, 1953 Coad to Bean enclosing a check to pay for part of the work. December 3, 1953 List of members who were candidates for office in the Society. April 28, 1954 Coad to Bean sending him $200 for more work on the cemetery. Some stone repair was left to be done. A donation for that work was not all spent. October 26, 1955 Another list of officers and members with a form to vote in new officers. February 10, 1959 Another list of members and officers and a ballot.
