Black and white photograph 3 1/2"h x 5"w of a drawing of Cuthbert's Fortune. There is no visible signature on the drawing. In the foreground is a small one story building with an outside end chimney on the gable end and a small door in the facing side. There is a stone? in front of the door. Next to it is a story and a half house with a very high gable roof. Near the top of the gable end is a pair of wooden doors that are in the closed position. There is an outside end double chimney with a one story pent containing a small square window. The chimney on the left is wide enough for a fireplace to be on the second floor of the house, but the right chimney is narrow all the way to the top. Between the chimneys on the second floor are two tall narrow windows. Two gable roof dormers are in the roof on that floor as well. On the first floor are two windows and a door. The back yard is defined by a picket fence.
