Black and white photograph 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w of the of the land side of the addition to De La Brooke Manor house. In the foreground is the gable end of the two story addition with an inside end chimney. The gable end appears to be stuccoed and has no windows. The addition seems to be brick with vines on much of the surface. The second story has three double hung six over six light windows with shutters. On the first floor is a center door flanked by one six over six light double hung window on each side. Dark shutters are visible. The gable end of the main building also appears to be stuccoed. There is a massive pair of bridged inside end chimneys with an unshuttered twelve light window in the bridge. A single window is visible near the edge of the house on the second story. Two small windows are barely visible in the ground floor of the main building. One gable roof dormer is visible in the roof. There appears to be a paved area in front of the door of the addition and several small bushes mark the end of the paving at the corner of the building. A large downspout feeds into an underground pipe. One woman in a light colored dress and hat is standing on the lawn not far from the little hedge. This may be LaVerne Fenwick. Another woman in a darker dress and hat is near the left edge of the photo--she is pointing at the building.
