Scope and Content

1 sheet ; 19" x 7 3/4" on a board 20 3/8" x 9 1/4" William F. and Catherine J. Longmore sold a small piece of property abutting a school lot in the First District to Simon Corbin on July 1, 1930. The next day, they swore to Edwin E. Birch, Justice of the Peace, that the transaction was their act. A transcription is included.
