1 7/8"x 1 3/8" color transparency in a 2" x 2" cardboard frame of the Dent Chapel in Charlotte Hall. This view shows one long side of the building, likely the south side. A sidewalk loops around the building and there is a dirt road in the foreground. The small brick building is neo-Gothic in design. There is a very tall steep roof and a barely visible bell tower on the right. On the long wall there is a window, a door with a very steeply sloped roof over it, and four more windows. A flowering tree is between the photographer and the building, so some details are obscured. There is a large lump in the ground in the lower left foreground.
