4"h x 5 7/8"w color photo of the Dent Memorial Chapel in Charlotte Hall. There had been a heavy snowfall. The photographer was facing the front entrance of the church. The sidewalk to the building had been cleared. The church has a very steep roof with stone belfry atop the gable end and a slender stone chimney on each side of the roof. There is a bell in the belfry and a delicate sunburst cross on top. The entryway to the building has a similar steep roof. The church is made of dark stone with red sandstone? accents around the pointed arch doors and windows. There is large red wooden door in the entry. A wooden handicapped ramp is on the left and an air conditioning compressor on the right. A large Christmas wreath was around the rose window in the gable end.
