This piece is 10"h x 13"w on light brown paper. There is a 3 5/8" diameter very dull gold seal embossed in the lower left corner. There is a dark printed version of the seal in the upper left corner. The State of Maryland appointed the Trustees. Miss Dent was appointed by Governor W. Preston Lane for three years beginning January 1, 1950. A small note on the verso says Miss Dent was "Sworn June 27, 1950."
