This is an 8 1/2"h x 11"w cream colored sheet with a 5 7/8" diameter yellow seal of the University of Maryland as background. Miss Dent participated in a School Transportation Institute June 25-28, 1957, a short course offered in cooperation with the Maryland State Department of Education and the Maryland Public School system. My guess is that she was a presenter; she was too far along in her career to be a student.
