1 page ; 11" x 8 1/2" folded once 8 1/2" x 11" heavy blue paper with blue ink brochure, folded once. On the front page is the title of the event, an aerial line drawing of the building, and the date and time of the dedication on the bottom. Mrs. Gough wrote a note: "Dorothea and Gilbert Dent were at the ceremony." On p. 2 was a list of government entities associated with the construction. The program for the day was on page 3. There was a time capsule. On page 4 was a list of supervisory staff.
