3 13/16"h x 4"w muted color photo of Denton in a ruinous state. It was a substantial five bay two and a half story house used by Dr. Walter B. Dent as a residence and office. The house was white clapboard with a cedar shake roof. In the center of the gable roof was a large dormer with a pair of tall narrow windows. On the second floor there were five large windows with shutters. Because of the undergrowth, the four or five bay front porch is barely visible. I think it had a hipped roof with a shallow center gable over the door. There is some sort of addition on the right, but it is close to invisible. There is an inside end chimney on the left and an outside end chimney on the right.
*****************On the top "frame" of the photo is written "Denton" in black archival ink and on the black plastic verso is "Kodamatic Film" in silver stamp ink.Collection
