3 1/2"h x 4 3/8"w color photo of one of the big commercial buildings on the back streets of Leonardtown. This was a large gable roofed building with some sort of light colored siding. On the third level of the gable end, near the roof peak, were two large four light double hung windows. On the second level were four widely spaced windows. The two outside windows were boarded over. On the bottom level, beginning on the left were three tall windows, one door, three more windows, a door, three more windows, a door, and three more windows. All of this fenestration was boarded up. Not an attractive scene. For part of its life, the building was Ted Dent's automobile dealership. Later it was Smith & Company plumbing and electrical supply.
