The book's pages were numbered in blue. At the top of some pages was a handwritten date. Sometimes more than one day was on a page, with a handwritten date. The ledger covers were rusted shut, so the sample pages were trimmed out of the ledger.
Column 1: Blank
2: Blank, although occasionally the 1st letter of depositor’s surname
3: Date, handwritten, names of depositors and sometimes numbers
4: Numbers, with those in red representing savings deposits
Each day’s activity was totaled, with the black and red numbers done separately. There are only three sheets.
P. 1 & 2=January 9, 1922, alpha entries A-J and J-W, with 3 additional names
P. 181 & 182=June 1, 1922, savings entries, June 2, 1922, alpha entries A-L and L-W
P. 469 & 470=No date, alpha entries M-W, 2 names in red and December 1, 1922, alpha entries B-J and J-W with 8 names in red and December 2, 1922 alpha entry B
