Description

This is an 8"h x 10"w black and white photo of Buck Briscoe with two couples at the Belvedere. Buck and the man on his right had on suit coats, but the others were dressed for warm weather. There is nothing to suggest what the meeting is about. The man at the head of the table had epaulets and a name tag, so he was probably Navy. ************************************************* Text on verso: in red stamp ink "Richard Weeks Photography Lexington Park, Md. 20653"
