10"h x 8"w black and white photo of the directors of the Clinton Bank. There are two rows of men; six men stood in the back row and three were seated in front. They appear to be in the yard of a substantial house with a big porch with a hipped roof and ginger bread decorations on the porch supports. Each four light window had dark shutters. A hanging swing is barely visible behind the group. A straw boater was on the porch floor, so it must have been spring or summer. Most of the men were wearing dark suits, but one young man in the back left had on a shawl collar sweater and the man in the center front wore a very light colored suit. Some of the men wore high button shoes, but others wore lower cut shoes. Three of the men wore bow ties. One of the men in the back right used a single crutch. As befitted bankers, everyone had a serious expression except the man in the sweater.
