3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w black and white photo of Dixon's Purchase on Three Notch Road in Laurel Grove. The house was on a small rise above the road and was subsequently demolished when the road was widened. This closer view was of one gable end of the small building. There was a very large chimney with a short stack in the middle of the space. The siding boards were vertical and there were no windows or other openings, although there were plenty of cracks for the wind to whistle through.
