1 folder ; 9 5/8 x 14 3/4" Members of the Dorsey family practiced law in the county for generations. March 1933 George and Theresa Weschler leased Millstone Landing to Captain J. Q. Adams of Potomac Beach, Virginia for five years. Adams was required to improve the wharf, all at his own expense and keep it insured. This copy was not signed. A small blueprint called "Proposed Ferry Landing in Patuxent River" is included. November 7, 1933 Nettie Wilmer, Eleanor F. Greenwell and Wilhemina F. Greenwell leased the Leonardtown Inn for a year to Charles K. Clarke and Philip E. Clarke. The Inn was on the corner of Park and Washington, formerly known as the William F. Greenwell Storehouse. January 30, 1945 Vernon and Frances Hardin Leased a space to Ralph G. Stevens for a restaurant and bar. Mr. Stevens was to pay the Hardins 1/4th of the gross take from all slot machines and jukeboxes. If the machines had to be removed for any reason, Stevens had to pay the Hardins $50 a month until the end of the lease, ending March 1, 1946.
