One sheet 14"h x 19 7/8"w with drawings for a 22' x 36' building that looks like a doughnut shop or lunchroom. There are no names or dates on the drawings.
There are four pencil and ruler drawings at a scale of 1/4"=1.'
Side A had 3 drawings. The top one was the side elevation of the building, showing its roofline at 8'8" in front and 11' at the back. There were two three light windows and a door. That door does not appear on the floor plan. The next drawing showed the front of the establishment with a 4' x 6' window and an entry door. The floor plan was on the bottom of the sheet, showing booths on one wall and a counter and a doughnut machine on the opposite wall. There was fountain equipment, a grill, coffee urns, and prep space behind the counter. The storage space had a refrigerator, sink and lockers. There were toilets that had access from the outside only.
Side B had another version of the shop. The toilets were moved inside and lighting was indicated, but everything else was the same.Collection
