This is a photograph of Drury and Saunders store on the corner of MD Route 5 and MD Route 245, the Hollywood Road. This was a light colored two story clapboard building with a single chimney piercing the roof peak in the center of the front/aft dimension. In the second story of the gable end, facing the Hollywood Road, was a single six over six window. On the long side were two windows. There were gutters and a downspout also. The lower floor was obscured by a three bay shed roof porch. A double? door is dimly visible under the porch and there may be a window on the right. Also on the first floor, to the left, was a shed roof addition. Facing the Hollywood Road was a single four light window. On the side facing route 5 was another single window in the center of the space. Next to the store on the right was a large two story white house with dark shutters and a wraparound porch on the first floor. MD Route 5 was on the left, a two lane road.
