8"h x 10"w black and white photo of the Edgewood railroad station in winter. The building was in the far left of the photo, a small white, possibly stucco, building with a notched gable roof with wide overhangs. The visible gable end had a high rounded arch over an inset center door and one window on the right. There was a sidewalk leading to a concrete platform. The track took a left turn just beyond the station. A road on the right dead ended at that turn. There were power poles everywhere with many crossbars on each. There were several large homes visible in the middle distance. In the lower right corner of the photo, in white ink, "Edgewood Station one square from West Chevy Chase Hts."
