Description

This is an 8"h x 10"w black and white photo of Elinor Peabody and Buck Briscoe. Judging by the sign in front of the podium, the event they are attending may have been a retirement or other honorary occasion for Elinor. Buck is handing Elinor a framed piece with a picture of her and Buck on the right, the county government building in the center, and Elinor speaking to someone who looks like a professional wrestler on the left. There are flowers all over the table in front of the podium. The event probably took place at the Belvedere Restaurant. ************************************************* Text on verso: in black stamp ink "House of Photography"
