Black and white 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w photo of Eyrie on Chesapeake Bay near Hermanville. This is a gable roof house with a steep pitch that incorporates the porch roof. On the right is a pair of tall brick chimneys. The base of the chimneys is obscured by a one story addition. There are two gable roof dormers with six over six double hung windows in the main house. There are seven pillars supporting the porch roof, plus other vertical posts to support the screening. The entry door to the porch is on the right end. The door to the house is on the left end and there are two windows barely visible through the screen. On the gable end of the house is one window that may be nine over six. The addition has one six over six window with dark trim and a door is just visible.
