2 3/8"h x 4 1/4"w sepia tone photo of Fenwick Free, a story and a half brick end, clapboard side house with three entry doors. The building had a steeply pitched gable roof that incorporated a closed end shed roof open porch. In the photo, the roof was being replaced with metal? with caulked seams. There were two dormers on the visible roof face with gable roofs and six over six double hung windows. The sides of the dormers appeared to be cedar shakes. The entire building appeared to need substantial repair. There was an outside end chimney on each gable end. On the near end was one window on the left side of the chimney that was probably six over six double hung. The front of the house, under the porch roof, was partly obscured by scaffolding. There was a window, two white entry doors, another window, another door, and another window. Faintly visible at right angles to the image is "Old House at Cross Manor St. Mary's Co Fenwick Free"
